      • In a home environment, simply mix 28g per 200g of warmed milk (dairy or oat are recommended) with a whisk.
      • in a cafe environment, add a dash of hot water then swirl for 5 seconds, then add cold milk and steam.
      • Profile: fudge, black cherry, malt, roasted almond 

     

    We purchased cacao from a smallholder farmer Yefferson Quinonez (who farms in Tumaco, Colombia), roasted it with our coffee roaster, then crushed/ de-husked/ and conched it for days with panela (also from Colombian small-scale farmers) using a granite wet mill. All to deliver you a deeply authentic and delicious product with best-in-show provenance.
